  • Too many justice-impacted people face barriers to civic participation and public service. We are committed to removing those barriers by creating pathways to leadership through training, mentorship, and opportunity.

  • Communities are strongest when the people making decisions reflect the communities they serve. Expanding opportunities for justice-impacted leaders leads to more informed policies, stronger institutions, and greater public trust.

  • Leadership doesn't end when a training program concludes or an election is won. We believe in building lasting relationships through mentorship, peer support, and a national community of leaders committed to serving others.
